January 6th Lies

By now, most of us may have seen what happened on January 6, 2021. Thousands of Trump supporters took over the capital and hundreds more invaded the Capital Building. They assaulted Capital Police and tried to take over Congress and politicians there to formally approve Electoral Election results. Trump wanted them to "hang Mike Pence, then Vice President, and other key Senators and Congressmen who also supported Trump's Big Lie would then overturn the election results to make Trump the winner. To this day Trump and his minions are still claiming the Big Lie that Trump won the election. Some are even rewriting history by lying about what happened on January 6th. These Republicans are continue to lie and mislead everyone with their inaccurate statement. I find it hard to believe someone voted to put these folks in office or would vote for them again. Here's what some of them are saying.

Trump Still Lying

On August 17,2020 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Trump said, "The only way we're going to lose this election is if the election is rigged" and Trump has been attempting to cast doubt on the American electoral process ever since. Now, Trump has to resort to using his own webpage after getting kicked of Twitter and Facebook and still continues his Big Lie and he's still attacking political foes, even in his own party and still spreading conspiracy theories about the 2020 election of which HE HAS NO PROOF.

Mitch McConnell said what after acquitting Trump from impeachment???

"January 6th was a disgrace ... President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of the day. No question about it." he said after acquitting Trump from impeachment. But then on February 25, 2021 Mitch said, that he would "back Donald Trump if he were the Republican Party's nominee for president again." You must be kidding me, right? This guy should be done from politics.
